Tellers Committee Chair reported election results and they are as follows:
ISA Secretary: Mollye Banks CST-CRCST

ISA BOD: Eddy Wenzel CST-RN, Blaise Martini CST-CFA
New Business:
· Fred announced that a plan of action will be posted as to how the ISA Delegates will be chosen
Announcements:
· Spring Conference will be held at the IVY TECH Terra Haute April 18th 2009
· Shinning Star Awards Recipients were announced

Minutes and Treasurers Reports were read and adopted with no corrections.
Reports:
· Legislative Committee reported that nurses are on board with our bill making certification a condition for employment
· CST Day at the Capital: The ISA performed a mock surgery at the State House and it was a great success. $75, 000.00 has been paid thus far in hopes our bill will be Law by 2010.
President’s Awards: Awards given by the ISA President they are as follows

There were two nominations from the floor: Barb Krukemeier was nominated for Treasurer, Blaise Martini was nominated for BOD nominations were closed.
